Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the courier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. Effects of Withdrawal & Reimbursement

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including initial standard delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back at our Vienna atelier or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

3. Return of Goods & Packaging Requirements

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at our Vienna address without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal:

Because fine porcelain and hand-cut Austrian crystal are highly delicate, items must be repackaged using their original archival boxes, foam protectors, and shock-absorbing cushions.

4. Statutory Exceptions to Withdrawal (§ 18 FAGG)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Bespoke & Custom Commissioned Pieces: Tableware, crystal, or cutlery engraved with custom initials, family crest monograms, or bespoke glaze specifications (§ 18 Abs 1 Z 3 FAGG).
• Perishable & Sealed Gourmet Foods: Jars of black truffles, olive oil reserves, aged balsamico, and gourmet condiments where the protective vacuum seal or hygiene wax stamp has been broken after delivery (§ 18 Abs 1 Z 5 FAGG).
